Atlanta auditions for our NEW studio in Buckhead:
Saturday 8/19: 2:00 – 4:00PM EST and 4:00 – 6:00PM EST
Sunday 8/20: 2:00 – 4:00PM EST and 4:00 – 6:00PM EST
*each audition slot is 1 hour long, beginning every hour

Sunday: [solidcore] Perimeter – 4712 Ashford Dunwoody Road, Building B2, Suite 340, Dunwoody, GA 30338

What to Expect

You should come prepared to [sweat] as you will be instructed through a 10-minute core sequence. Class will be followed by your 2 minute audition and info session. You can expect the entire process to take 1.5-2 hours.

How to Prepare for your Audition

You will be asked to get on the mic and lead the group through a HIGH ENERGY 2-minute activity of your choosing (PLEASE NO YOGA OR STRETCHING ACTIVITY). Please choose something fitness related (you will not be able to use our [sweatlana] machine). We encourage you to get creative and use your own music!

What are we looking for?

  • HIGH Energy
  • Understanding of and passion for the [solidcore] brand, workout, and community
  • Ability to lead and motivate a group
  • Ability to deliver clear, succinct, and instructive cues as well as speak confidently, and with energy through the full 2-minute activity of your choosing
  • Ability to connect with diverse personalities and provide support to individuals with varyings needs
  • Genuine, unique, and positive personality

You will be scored on the following skills:

  • 10-minute core workout: energy, engagement and athleticism
  • Mic Session: creativity, leadership, verbal cues (amplifications & modifications), safety/form of your exercise, motivation, energy and participation with the group
