About me:
I grew up in small town MN, graduated from NDSU with a degree in Exercise Science and have always loved fitness! I was teaching yoga when I first found [solidcore] and LOVED how different it was from anything I’d done before. I’ve been a coach under the blue lights since 2017 and have fallen in love with the community, my team, and the shakes!
