About me: Carly grew up in Northern Virginia but has been a nomad for the last few years! She has been traveling the world as a dancer with Norwegian Cruise Lines for the last three and been based out of New York on and off since 2012. Her love for fitness and coaching came from teaching dance and is pumped to be part of a [team] again! The last few years whirlwind for her but she is so excited to have the opportunity to coach [solidcore] and can’t wait to grow stronger with each one of you.
Guilty Pleasure: Below Deck. Hands down my biggest guilty pleasure. I could have it on all day and not be sick of it.
Superpower: Once I write something down on a calendar it is magically imprinted into my brain…no need for a calendar then!
