About me: As a professional dancer and choreographer for 10+ years Cassidy found her love for health and fitness at an early age. Her career as a dancer has brought many opportunities performing all around the world, shows in Las Vegas, and featured on many TV shows. She was lucky enough to train with some of the best instructors in New York City and Los Angeles. Because of this, she has gained a strong understanding about the body, movement, and proper form. Her classes are high energy and feel like a party! She motivates others with positive feedback and creates a safe place in the studio for her [team] to push themselves to new limits.
