I love helping others find the strongest version of themselves, both mentally and physically. I love to motivate and spread positivity to the people around me, so get ready for that in class!
When I’m not at [solidcore], you can find me cooking up a storm in the kitchen or Netflix & chilling with my 3 dogs, Baguette, Jack and Ginger. I am also a firm believer that a Martini with 3 blue cheese olives can fix anything.
