About me: I’m a former competitive dancer and coach. Fitness has always been a part of my life, growing up studying both jazz and ballet. I love to mix up workouts with [solidcore], cycling and yoga. My classes are energetic and encouraging, with a sprinkle of sarcasm! I will push you past your perceived limits and leave you wanting to come back for more.
