I found [Solidcore] in the middle of kicking breast cancer’s ass and fell in love with the workout and the community. I love making playlists that have everything from hip hop to pop – anything that makes me feel like I’m in a music video. Outside of fitness I am a social worker and I believe the connection between fitness and mental health is key!
