About Me: Originally from NJ, I fell into fitness by accident- I got addicted to the endorphins, fell in love with the [community], got certified as a personal trainer, and now I’m a [solidcore] coach! I love any exercise and sport (including ones that I’m not very good at) because I’m a huge advocate for anything that gets everyone and anyone movin’. When I’m not coaching or shaking it at [solidcore], you can find me lifting barbells, running, and dancing. In fact, you’ll probably see me dancing by myself all the time, which then I’ll definitely encourage you to join! 😉
