About me: Hey [solidcore] fam! I’m a dancer and musical theatre performer originally from the midwest who’s performed on stages all across the country, including the Hollywood Bowl and Chicago’s Nederlander Theatre. Fitness and movement has always been a huge part of my life and, when I discovered [solidcore], I immediately fell in love with the incredibly supportive [community], not to mention the rush of experiencing “the shakes”! I’m so excited and energized by the opportunity to share everything that [solidcore] has contributed to my physical, mental, and even emotional health with every single badass who walks through our doors and into my class!
