About me: Dancer, turned fitness enthusiast, turned [solidcore] groupie. I found my love for group fitness when I started to get bored, losing 40 lbs. via home workouts and the gym. I started teaching beginner Hip-Hop in NYC in 2016 as a side hustle and wanted more. More helping others. More encouraging beginners. More community. More everyday people trying new things. Just MORE. I found [solidcore] along my journey and haven’t looked back.

Music I love right now: Always have some Drake on my playlists, and very likely some early 2000s R&B, but I love a good female powerhouse playlist too!

Guilty pleasure: Nachos and wine.
