About me: I was born in Ukraine but have lived in the DC area since I was 10. I went to UMD for undergrad and a few years after graduation, I tried my first [solidcore] class (even though I heard it was super intense). After class, I was sore in places I never realized I had muscle and was immediately hooked!!
