About me: I’ve always been more into the cardio and endurance training like marathon running and spinning — so I love that [solidcore] gives me that extra edge! I’m a stickler for form correction, so expect to hear a lot of form cues and hands-on classes!

Guilty pleasure: I could live off French fries.

When I’m not coaching: You can find me either working on my own digital marketing company, out for a run, and/or finding a dog to pet somewhere!

Favorite move to give you the shakes: Heavy Glute Kickback! Pushing the carriage on that heavy weight is bound to work you to failure.
