About me:

Originally from Harrison, NY, I moved to Boston to further my education in public health and expand my interest in wellness into the fitness space! I love exploring the city to find new ways to stay active, balancing that with frequent British reality TV binges 🙂 [solidcore] is much more than a workout to me – it’s brought a community of support and motivation that I’ve never felt before and am so excited to be a part of 🙂
