Joy Northington

Joy Northington is the Payroll Account at [solidcore]. Born in Western New York, she moved her way down the east coast to New York City, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC. She graduated with a Degree in Linguistics from Temple University, with a passion for analyzing language. She quickly learned that her analytical and critical way of thinking would be extremely useful in many aspects of her life. Joy has done everything from banking, Stage Managing for a community theater, to working with individuals with special needs; but her career in hospitality eventually led her to payroll. Helping people and being able to give back is Joy’s biggest passion in life, and she is so excited to be a part of a team that genuinely wants everyone to be the strongest version of themselves. When Joy’s not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to a play or an art exhibit, and cuddling up on the couch to some ice cream and a good movie.
