Chief Marketing Officer
Scott is the Chief Marketing Officer for [solidcore] boutique fitness. In his role as CMO, Scott is responsible for the company’s marketing strategy, PR/communications efforts, growth and building a strong, inclusive, and nationwide community of clients.
Scott is a seasoned marketed with 20 years of experience building brands and launching and scaling businesses at the XFL, ESPN and PepsiCo. Scott has always been a creative visionary and innovator in sports, media and technology. When the COVID pandemic emerged in 2020, Scott made the decision to focus on mission-driven brands supporting people on their health and wellness journey, and helped to pivot the New York based Fhitting Room boutique fitness studio to digital.
As a marketer what drives Scott is building communities around people’s passion and connection through music, sports, entertainment and fitness. His love for music began at Pepsi where he helped create the companies first music marketing group, bringing Beyonce into the Pepsi family and launching Pepsi Smash, a primetime music series on The WB. At The Walt Disney Company/ESPN, Scott helped launch transformational businesses like the College Football Playoff, the SEC SEC Network which inspired Scott and drew him to the world of start-ups.
When Scott isn’t under the blue lights or in the D.C. [solidcore] headquarters, he can be found behind the mixing board DJing a set to entertain friends and family, or hosting social events in his hometown of Greenwich, CT. Outside of [solidcore], Scott values is most important role as a super Dad to his six year of daughter and three-year-old son. And in between work and family, Scott is avid fitness enthusiast, chef and traveler.
