What’s up SaMo! Originally from South Florida, I feel right at home coaching a block from the beach. I love to explore the outdoors, dance to live music, and catch a movie at the theatre. I’ve always had a strong drive to focus on my health and wellness but, for the first time, I’ve learned how empowering it is to have a community to do it with- a reminder that we are never alone! [solidcore] has become a family affair for me (shoutout mom). Right when things start to get shaky, I’ll be by your side to help you grow physically and mentally.
