About me: Hi, I'm Lauren! Originally from the Florida Panhandle, I recently moved to Atlanta after graduating grad school at the University of Florida (Go Gators!). My passion is to push people to become the greatest versions of themselves - both mentally and physically, and I believe it's a privilege to be able to move your body!
