Delray Beach is renowned for its vibrant arts community, stunning beaches, and lively downtown area. Known as “Florida's Village by the Sea," it offers a mix of boutique shops, art galleries, restaurants, and activities all within walking distance of our breathtaking Atlantic Ocean beach. Lined with charming historic buildings, outdoor cafes, and towering palm trees wrapped in twinkling lights, "The Avenue" invites you to slow down and wander. That's the street we picked. Delray Beach opens September 24, 2026 at 27 SE 4th Avenue in the 4th & 5th Delray building, a block from the Colony's yellow domes and a 15-minute walk from our front door to the ocean.
New to [solidcore]? Our coach-led, 50-minute classes use slow, controlled resistance training on our custom reformer-inspired machine to take your muscles all the way to failure. It's boutique fitness built around one goal: creating the strongest version of you.
You'll find us at 27 SE 4th Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33483 in the 4th & 5th Delray building, home to iPic Theaters, half a block south of Atlantic Avenue between SE 4th Avenue and Federal Highway.
Park in the 4th & 5th Delray garage attached to the building. The lower levels are city-run public parking, and there's metered street parking along SE 4th Avenue and the side streets off the Ave. Walking or biking over from downtown? Even easier.
Boynton Beach, Highland Beach, Gulf Stream, Ocean Ridge: you're a straight shot down Federal Highway or A1A, so this one's yours too.
Delray isn't just a place to lounge; it's a community that moves! Beneath the laid-back coastal aesthetic lies a community that takes health, wellness, and self-care seriously. It’s a destination where you can spend your day with sunrise miles on A1A, rallying a ball at the Delray Beach Tennis Center, shopping at the GreenMarket in Old School Square, or spend your nights taking in the local art scene in Pineapple Grove. Every one of those days ends back under the stars on a buzzing main street Atlantic Avenue.
That's where we come in. Fifty minutes on our machine makes every mile on Ocean Boulevard feel shorter and every paddle stroke stronger. It's low-impact, so it fits around the run instead of replacing it. (Training for a race? Start with Run Stronger: how [solidcore] builds the strength behind every stride.) And whatever stage you're training through (pregnancy ⋅ postpartum ⋅ coming back from an injury), our coaches will meet you where you are.
Leading the Delray Beach team is Taryn Grunes, the studio's lead head coach and community manager. Taryn started off as a client just like you and fell in love with the classes so much she had to start coaching them! Taryn has been with the company for 8 years, and opened up our Las Olas studio 2 years ago. Whether you're a longtime regular or stepping under the blue lights for the first time, Taryn and her team are ready to welcome you in!
Never taken [solidcore] before? Book a Starter50, our beginner-focused format that breaks down the machine and the movements at a slower pace. Here's the full guide to choosing your first class. Fair warning: your muscles will shake. That's not a bug. It's the whole point, and here's the science behind it. Once you're hooked, here's how often to come back.
