Cancellation Policy
Due to a limited number of spaces available, you can change or cancel your class up to 10 hours before the class starts. If you cancel within the 10-hour window, no-show for class, or arrive 5+ minutes late for class, you will lose your class credit and/or be subject to fees. Monthly unlimited members: if this is your first late cancellation in a 30-day period, late cancellation fees will be waived. Learn more about membership perks here. New Client 2-week Unlimited Clients: no perks apply, and all fees are valid. Please note we cannot give refunds.
All membership cancellations require a 30-day advance notice from your next auto-renewal. See terms & conditions.

Click “Cancel” next to the class you wish to cancel

Studios in Michigan (starting May 18, 2026) and studios in Georgia, New York, and Dallas, TX (starting June 25, 2026) will be part of a small pilot program designed to improve the booking experience. We'll test updated cancellation fees to encourage earlier cancellations and free up more spots in the classes you love. Please scroll to the bottom of this page to view details.
