what is [solidcore]?

[solidcore] is a 50-minute, full body, strength training workout. It is an entirely immersive experience - held in a dimly-lit room under blue lights, fueled by energizing music, and led by an experienced coach who offers personalized instruction. This is a workout like no other. Utilizing its signature machine, the [solidcore] workout is one that will transform your body and deliver noticeable results. Whether considered a person’s primary workout, or a supplement to a regular training routine, [solidcore] is designed to make clients stronger and more resilient - physically and mentally. The types of classes offered are foundations, fully body, arms+abs, buns+guns, buns+abs, and core30.
