what to expect
Come dressed and ready to sweat through a 10-minute core sequence, similar to our in-class core warmup. Your 2-minute audition, a group interview, and an info session will follow the core session. You can expect the entire process to take 1.5-2 hours.
how to prepare for your audition
You will be asked to get on the mic and lead the group through a high-energy 2-minute activity of your choice. Please refrain from using yoga or stretching activities as your audition piece. Choose something fitness-related that can be performed comfortably with limited space as you will not be able to use our machine. We encourage you to get creative and showcase your personality through your music selection! please prepare modifications and amplifications for your exercises.

- Willingness & capability to lead and motivate a group
- Ability to deliver clear, succinct, instructive cues confidently and energetically through the full 2-minutes of your audition activity
- Ability to connect with diverse personalities and provide support to individuals with varying needs
- Genuine, unique, and positive personality
you will be scored on the following skills:
- 10-minute core workout: energy, engagement, and athleticism
- Mic session: creativity, leadership, verbal cues (amplifications & modifications), safety/form of your exercise, motivation, energy, and participation with the group
