Membership Freeze
Submit your request to freeze here.
You may request one 14 consecutive day complimentary freeze once per calendar year.
If you require a longer freeze for medical reasons/injury, please submit the form using this form and a member of our team will be in touch within 7 business days with next steps.
Membership Cancellation
Submit your cancellation request here. Your membership cancellation request must be submitted with 30 days notice from your next billing cycle. Our Client Experience team will follow-up within 7 business days to finalize your membership cancellation. Please be on the lookout for an email from memberships@solidcore.co.
If your membership has a commitment, you may be subject to an early cancellation fee.
