born and raised in Atlanta. A professional dancer who fell in love with fitness! I’m a certified heated Barre and Pilates instructor. Thats where I fell in love with helping people meet their fitness goals. Under those blue lights as a client I realized there is no ceiling to my abilities and stay strong in my seasons of off.
