Hi! I’m Alyviah (uh-liv-e-uh) or Lyv. I’m originally from PA but lived in Grand Rapids, Michigan for the past 6 years before relocating to DC. GR is where I fell in love with coaching! The community of group fitness is so inspiring and amazing to be apart of. Coffee is my love language— iced cinnamon honey oat latte forever.
