About me: Born and raised in Northern Virginia, I am a very true Gemini sun & moon/Virgo rising. I find excitement in trying new things, from restaurants to genres of music to types of exercise – I’m willing to try anything twice! So when my friend told me Solidcore was the hardest workout she’s ever done I had to check it out! As a client at solidcore I got to experience first hand how the encouragement of the coaches pushed me into being the strongest version of myself inside and outside of the studio. That feeling changed my life for the better and inspired me to become a coach to help others achieve the same.
