Although I’m originally from Kansas City (go Chiefs!), I’ve been in Denver for almost 16 years and have loved every second. My absolute favorite thing to do is help people find their confidence, joy, and worthiness through fitness, especially under the blue lights. If I’m not at [solidcore], I’m probably hanging out with my two labradors or binge watching true crime documentaries!
