About me:

I was born and raised in North Dakota, so moving to the cities was a BIG change to say the least. I have lived in the cities for 5 years and found the best support system when I started working as Core Crew at [solidcore]. As a physical therapy student, having an outlet outside of the classroom that is so positive and uplifting and has been the biggest blessing! I am so excited to take my [solidcore] journey further with coaching!
