I moved alone to MKE for grad school, but found such a home in [solidcore]. There is nothing else like the challenge, push, and motivation you get in just 50 minutes. I love everything about being under the blue lights, and I can’t wait to see you there!

bulgarian split squat (bonus points for a romanian deadlift combo)

spending $7 on an iced latte…it’s self care
