I’m from South Florida and I’m excited to be here in the D.C. area. [solidcore] is personally my favorite workout. I love when the music is hype and the energy is high! The best part of class for me is when I can really get in the zone, turn off my mind, and let my body do the work. My playlists are typically EDM and rap for the vibes!
