I’ve always been passionate about strength training, but my craving for a stronger sense of community brought me to the amazing world of [solidcore]. Now, I’m thrilled to be part of the [solidcore] family as both a member and a coach, where I get to expand our incredible community even further! Beyond fitness, my element is hosting dinner parties or exploring exciting foodie destinations. I’m fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and, of course, English, so chat with me in any of those!
