Howdy y’all! A southern belle and a silly goose, you can catch me always striving to find the positive in life and encouraging others to as well. During the pandemic, I made the full time switch to Fitness, discovering stronger versions of myself in body, mind, and soul that I had no idea existed! Group fitness showed me the community of tackling hard things together and it’s that camaraderie that I push myself to build everyday with everyone under those blue lights!
