About me: Virginian, middle child, twenty something, book nerd, daydreamer & fitness lover! The first time I took a [solidcore] class I could barely walk the next day – I was immediately hooked. Fitness has always been there for me during the difficult times in life. I auditioned to be a coach looking to take back some of the joy that was stolen from me over the years. It is with great honor & privilege every time I put on the mic that I get to be a part of someone else’s day for 50 minutes and help them meet the best version of themselves.
