I am a professional dancer, choreographer, dance teacher & freelance creative! I studied dance in college and have always been passionate about movement, body mechanics, and group training environments! Solidcore has not only supported my muscular endurance as an athlete, but has also shown me so much about mindfulness that I can’t wait for you to experience under the blue lights! 3 words to describe my coaching style would be lively, candid, and dynamic!
