About me:

I am a Jersey Girl! I am originally from Trenton, New Jersey and moved to the DMV six years ago. I love to try new restaurants, take long walks with my dachshund (Manny), and read books. I took my first [solidcore] class in 2021 and never looked back. [Solidcore] helped me to grow mentally, emotionally, and physically and I hope to help others accomplish their goals as well.
