About me:

I come from an athletic background, I was a collegiate athlete and I found [solidcore] after my career was over. I started out as a client for 2 years before I began coaching! Outside of [solidcore] I design sports arenas, so athletics is a BIG part of my life! As a coach my goal is to challenge and support everyone in and out of class, because [solidcore] is more than just the 50 minutes under the blue lights.
