About me:

I am originally from Massachusetts, but moved here to MN after I married a Brainerd boy who was in the Navy! For my day job, I work alongside the manufacturing of  U.S Naval Submarines. After struggles with PCOS and cortisol levels, [Soildcore] helped tone and heal my body. A positive mindset, consistency, strength, and love for [Solidcore], has encouraged me to become a coach so I can aid in others finding the strongest version of themselves!
