About me:

I grew up in Hawaii surfing, hiking, and doing anything and everything outside. I found a love for water polo and continued that through college where I played collegiately. Fitness and trying new things has always been a huge part of my life – that’s what brought me to [solidcore]! I hope to bring enjoyment to my clients workouts through fun playlists and inspire them to be the strongest version of themselves both under and outside of the blue lights.
