Fitness and wellness have always been important to me, but more as a hobby that coexisted with my work (software sales and marketing) and with being mom to 3 kids. I found [solidcore] more than two years ago and didn’t want to stop! I made the leap into coaching to help others become their strongest selves. It truly is a joy!
