About me:

I grew up in Potomac, Maryland. I am in college currently and attend the University of Maryland. I have lived in Maryland all my life and found solidcore about 2 years ago. The workout has completely changed my life mentally and physically. I’ve always enjoyed fitness and coaching has always been something I have wanted to do. I love encouraging others and motivating them.
