Born and raised in Dallas I have always had a passion for fitness, community, and helping others. [solidcore] has given me the opportunity to foster and grow a community that not only values physical well-being but emotional as well. I strive to make every class taken with me as an opportunity for you to challenge yourself and grow. Other than that, I’m an easy-going guy who enjoys friends, food, and family with a bad habit of buying books that take me forever to read.
