About me:

I recently graduated from the University of South Carolina where I studied Philosophy, Political Science, and Criminal Justice. As a DC area native, I grew up in Vienna, VA. I’m a [solidcore] client-turned-coach and an avid music fan, so I’m always open to fun playlist and theme ideas! My coaching style is focused around education and motivation to become stronger, both mentally and physically.
