About me:

I was born & raised in the heart of Boston’s South End neighborhood as a first generation American within a Jamaican family. Throughout the years I enjoyed ballet, dance, and even track & field, however [solidcore] helped me to solidify my niche within fitness. Ironically, I spent a decade living in Washington, DC, while studying business, but it wasn’t until I returned back to Boston that I fell in love with the intensity and mind/body connection under the blue lights.
