About me:

I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Kristina and I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. I first fell in love with group fitness after my professional career as a dancer for the Miami HEAT came to an end. I was craving another fun way to stay active outside of dance, and I found my new “heartbeat” inside the pumping energy of a group fitness class. Expect high energy, good vibes, and a whole lot of self-love in my [solidcore] class!

I’m a lower body girl, don’t make me choose!

Reality tv, midday naps, and anything sweet 🙂

Outside of [solidcore] I love to have adventures with my husband, work on my clothing brand (ICING by @cakeybums), and take time to unwind and relax!
