About me:

I grew up in Washington, DC and even stayed for college at Howard University. Yet, I hadn’t tried [solidcore] until I started my bucket list series in 2021. A year and a half and 125 classes later, I was so excited to join the community in a new capacity as a coach! I love trying new challenges and projects. I love running races and did my first triathlons last recently!
