About me:

I was born and raised a Michigan girly and moved to Denver in 2022 for my full-time job in HR/Talent Management! I graduated from Michigan State, where I cheered competitively for 2 years. I have always had a passion for fitness, inspiring others to be the best versions of themselves, and creating an environment where others feel safe showing up as their most authentic self. I am extremely outgoing and love meeting new people, but also obsessed with spending alone time in my studio apartment! There is no in between 🙂 I am grateful to lead you and excited to meet you under the blue lights!
