About me:

I’m a California native who moved to DC to pursue a career in international development. The sense of community I felt after my first [solidcore] class was unmatched (not to mention the soreness in muscles I didn’t even know I had). [solidcore] has given me friendships, shakes, and memories that have defined my time in DC, and I’m passionate about helping others in the community find the same. In my class, you’ll feel empowered, challenged, and motivated to channel your inner strength (all while listening to a fire playlist that can range anywhere from RÜFÜS du Sol to Drake to ABBA)!
