About me: Born and raised in NoVA! Moved to Colorado for my love of the outdoors and of course the mountains. Fitness has always been a priority in my life and [solidcore] has always been my biggest obsession in the fitness world. I have been taking [solidcore] since 2017 and was thrilled when they moved out west to Denver. I’m also an elementary school teacher, so I have the energy of a kindergartner on the mic!
