After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, I moved to Washington, D.C., to work in the international arts and culture scene. Little did I know, a month of [solidcore] classes would ignite a passion for fitness that would shape the next two years of my life as a client. Now, as a coach, I thrive on guiding clients to embrace both the physical and mental challenges under the blue lights, encouraging them to surpass their limits…with certified bops of course.
