Born and raised in Baltimore as a competition dancer. Went to the Midwest for my BFA. Been in the NYC fitness world for over 13 years. Lived in BK for over 14 yrs. Married to the man of my dreams whom I met on the subway about a decade ago. We have a goldendoodle named Artemis! I love to be creative and music and movement make the world a better place.
