I grew up in Johns Creek, Georgia which is where I found my passion for sports and fitness! I moved up north to play D1 volleyball on a full athletic scholarship at UAlbany. While trying to find ways to supplement my training I stumbled across [solidcore] and became addicted to the physical and mental challenge! In my class, expect the vibes to feel like a party and inspiration to push yourself outside of your comfort zone to take your strength to new levels!
